This policy describes how Digi Cards processes requests to delete accounts and personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can submit deletion requests using our web resource and from inside the mobile app account settings.

What Is Deleted

After successful verification, we delete account profile data and user-linked invitation/event operational records that are not legally required to be retained.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records required for legal compliance, security/fraud prevention, dispute handling, and financial or audit obligations.

Processing Timeline

Requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable operational period after identity verification and confirmation of the request scope.
