We may collect: account profile information, event details you create, contact/attendee information you provide or import, invitation delivery and response status, QR check-in records, and technical usage logs (device/app diagnostics and operational metadata).
How Data Is Used
We use data to create/send invitations, manage attendee lists, provide event analytics/reporting, support account security, prevent abuse/fraud, improve product performance, and provide customer support.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to run Digi Cards (hosting/infrastructure, communication delivery, analytics/security tooling), or when required by applicable law or legal process. We do not sell personal data.
Data Retention & Security
We retain data only for service delivery, legitimate business records, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational controls to protect data.
User Rights
